*This offer is available between 06/01/2025 and 01/08/2025. The new patient discount only applies where the appointment in relation to this offer is booked before 23:59 on 01/08/2025. This offer is open for all individuals who are not registered patients at Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic and are members of David Lloyd Kings Hill. The offer is only available where the appointment booked before 23:59 on 01/08/2025 is for initial examinations only and includes up to two x-rays if required. Appointments are subject to availability. The offer will therefore not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. The new patient discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The new patient discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer. Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth and Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
